We provide hair in color 1 and 1B at no extra charge. If you want other shades or custom blends, please bring the exact colored hair to your appointment. We cannot guarantee color matches without client-supplied hair.

Yes. You can gently wash your scalp and braids using diluted shampoo, focusing on the scalp. Pat dry, avoid vigorous rubbing, and thoroughly dry to prevent mildew. Limit washing to once every one to two weeks depending on activity level.

If installed too tightly, any braiding style may cause tension. Our stylists prioritize comfortable, low-tension roots and will adjust tension for sensitive edges. If you experience pain or numbness, notify us immediately so we can loosen or remove braids to protect your hairline.

Wash and thoroughly detangle your hair before arriving; clean, product-free hair speeds the process. Bring any non-standard colored hair or reference photos. Allow extra time for consultations and communicate scalp sensitivity or extensions preferences before service.
